All payments made to Rathod Enterprises are non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • CNC machines
  • Spare parts
  • Services (AMC, repair, installation, training, remote support)
  • Advance payments and booking amounts

1. Reason

Due to the nature of our business involving:

  • Customized machinery
  • Technical services
  • Resource allocation and scheduling

Refunds are not feasible once an order or service is confirmed.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are advised to:

  • Review all details before confirming orders
  • Clarify doubts prior to making payment

3. Exceptions

No exceptions will be made unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Rathod Enterprises.
